Second Emulation

I chose to use this image for my emulation as I thought it would look great as a CD cover.

I then cut the image out so there was no background and used the effect halftone pattern. I also experimented as I liked the effect of copying the cutout and placing it behind.

I made a CD sized page and copied the image onto it changing the background colour to the same as the original. I added a large orange graphic for the back cover.

I then added a texture to the graphic.

I added a smaller star shaped graphic on the front.

I started to add things that are included on a CD cover like the barcode, spine title and songs.

At this stage my design was starting to look like a real CD cover.

I made some final adjustments such as adding 'Arabella' to the front of the design and adding more texture to the text.
